The Inner Landscape

Where do you go when you daydream?  Chances are that many of your night time dreams and daydreams are all part of the same, rich inner landscape that is unique to you.

When I journey to meet my spirit helpers I often go to an inner place in nature with a waterfall, trees and woodland plants.  What changes there has a direct impact on my life.  For example, once when I went there I saw thistles growing by the waterside.  They seemed out of place so I started weeding them out.  A few days later I notice that a couple of particularly prickly aspects of my personality at that time had diminished considerably.

Do you journey?  Have you been taught to or have you taught yourself to journey to your spirit guide/s?  If you have, you will probably recognise the place within where you can go anytime you wish to ask questions, find answers and learn.  Whatever you experience there, take notice, for all things are important and have meaning.

Keeping a journal of your dreams and journeys is a great way to really start understanding yourself more fully and encourages further research into some of the more unusual experiences or symbols we receive in these inner realms.
